Information related to Scheme

This is a centrally sponsored scheme. With the objective that the beneficiaries of all sections of the society can get loan easily from the bank,  this scheme was started from 01.08.2008. The purpose of the scheme is to provide loans through banks for setting up an enterprise for self / industry for all the sections of the society. Under this scheme, there is a provision to grant margin money to the beneficiaries according to the rules.

Procedure / method of gaining the benefits of the scheme

Under the scheme, the beneficiaries of all sections will have to apply at the District Industry Center in the given prescribed format. All applications will be registered. The District Level Task Force Committee meeting is organized under the chairmanship of the Collector to scrutinize the received applications .

Conditions for availing the benefits of the scheme

Khadi Village Industries Commission and Khadi Village Industries Board will implement for rural areas and Distrcit Industry Centre will implement the scheme for both the rural and urban areas.

1. The certificate of being a citizen of Madhya Pradesh.
2. For setting up projects costing more than Rs. 10.00 lakhs(In the manufacturing sector  and Rs. Rs.5.00 lakh(in the service sector), the applicant’s certificate of minimum qualification should be of 8th standard at-least.
3. Applicant should be above 18 years of age.
4. Copy of Ration card or a copy of the voter’s ID should be attached.
5. If the applicant does own the land or building for proposed premises, then the rent agreement should be attached.
6. The project report of the proposed project from the applicant.
7. The registration certificate from employment office should be attached.
